Good Stay. Value for Money

Pros: Perfect Location (Close to MOA) Comfortable Bed Complete with Flat Iron and Board Working TV with Internet Everything you need for basic activities are provided

Cons: Very (super) strict building rules.

Quiet comfortable and spacious for 3 guest.

Pros: It is clean and comfortable. Spacious enough with 3 of us that stayed for 4 nights 2 Adults and a 12yrs old. It has all the utensils and things we needed to prepare for light meals in the kitchen. Close to MOA and to other places that we wanted to see in manila. Lovely to have 3 pools to choose from to unwind and cool down after a day out in the heat and it is open until 10pm

Cons: Only one thing, it is clearly on our reservation that we are 3 guest staying but only 2 towels provided.

Pros: Decent sized condo located in a good spot not far from the mall. Very scenic from our room also.

Cons: Cleaners leaving all laundry/washing up in our room as they forgot to sort it out.

Excellent place to stay close to MOA

Pros: The unit was clean and tidy. Appliances, utensils are clean and easy to use. The owner is easy to reach, replies promptly to my messages/calls. I felt the owner's trust and respect to my privacy. Hussle-free payment method. Safe and comfortable stay.

Cons: Slightly clogged drain in the shower area (slow draining). Just a minor problem. Overall, the place was very good. I'd surely come back and recommend to my husband and friends who are constantly travelling.
