Over all a great stay.

Pros: I like the ambience of this place and how convenient the check in and check out has been. I love that there’s a lovely table in the bedroom that I can use while working remotely. Airport, malls and places you need to visit are nearby. Bed is really comfortable as well.

Cons: I hope they remove the gym as facility for this unit because only owners can use this, not any short term guests. I was hoping to stay while having a gym to use but it is not possible for SMDC.

Perfect stay for some time in Manila and the residence manager is always super nice and helpful.

Pros: It felt like home. Aircon was was nice. Having a fridge was super handy. Great amenities, everything we needed was there! It was great to have Netflix for cozy nights. Super close to Mall of Asia

Great condi in a great location

Pros: Good condo in a great location, quiet,well maintained.

Cons: I booked this condo for the gym and the pool but the gym and pool are not included..Those inclusions should be removed from the listing to save disappointment for the next person.
