Pros: the place is neat, has kitchen and bathroom essentials, and is very near to the event that we attended. the host is also responsive and very accomodating especially when we asked if we could check-in early. they immediately informed us about the additional fees for early check-in and had clear instructions upon checking in.

Cons: there was a bit of struggle in terms of using mobile data since the signal was very weak. however, the place has its own wifi router, we were just unable to connect from our phones.
