NYE Cozy Stay but Strict policy non compliance made us missed the pool

Pros: I specifically like that the place is Homy and it feels very comfortable to stay, cook and just relax with a Balcony. The host is very helpful as well asking how's our stay and if there's anything we need when we settled on our first day. I recommend this place for a quiet staycation where it's close to alfamart, small restos and fun activities in the area.

Cons: We booked the place for 2 days for NYE and also while we have booked for Space and Time Museum near the area. We didn't see any fireworks because the balcony is facing the amenities or the pool which is in Tower C so if you want to book this place for NYE, choose somewhere else like Tower A. Also, we had a change of plans on the dates when we were supposed to swim. The policy is very strict (security and front desk) The host was supposed to send an email following a certain template format - With Dates Anytime from Dec 30 to Jan 1 with her ID picture. Unfortunately, the email she sent has the duration but didn't include her ID picture. Now they have an onsite assistant who sent an email with an ID picture but only stated Dec 30. Our plan got moved to the morning of the checkout date which is Jan 1. The receptionist didn't allow us access to the pool because the host and the assistant's email both didn't comply to their policies. I tried contacting both to assist on changing but no reply or can't be reached offline. We had no choice but to pack and checked out at 11am an hour early being disappointed. The host did reply only after. They tried sending the mail to fix it and offered late checkout but we already left so we missed to swim in their nice pool. Perhaps the Host can follow the correct template, put all the dates of the stay and include her ID picture and comply to the Policies no matter how strict to avoid any inconvenience on the Guest and the assistant onsite to be available when needed instead of can't be reached. I would still recommend booking this place but proper coordination and preparation can be done to make the experience memorable and not be inconvenienced.
