Stay at Jen's apartment was cool perfect for the travellers . Ms Allen is very nice and friendly.

Pros: The location was good. Everytime I travel to manila I always choose to stay in Jen's apartment

Cons: Actually everything was perfect , the room was ok my applicants came to visit me and we cooked our dinner. Good location close to the bank, market & fast food. Looking forward to stay here again in the future. (Next week)

Pros: I love the spacious area, basic hygiene amenities, the various utensils & basic kitchen equipment, and a little balcony (since I've been assigned to the third floor) that I didn't expect would be present at that price point. Extremely great value for money!

Cons: It would be good for prospective bookers of the room that the building where the room is located isn't fully accessible as you can only access the higher floors with the lone stairwell. There's no mineral water dispenser and microwave either in the room so one may have to manage expectations on this matter.

Pros: There is a market nearby. Also there are convenience stores and other shops in the area. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Quiet despite being close to a busy road.

Cons: The building has cockroaches and we had small ones in our room. We stayed 3 nights but the apartment was not serviced. There are 5 levels with no lift. Not great if you have suitcases or trouble climbing.
