Pros: I was here at jen's apartments back in 2022 and decided to come here again as i remember not only was the price affordable but also the condo was clean and spacious.

Pros: We stayed here for almost a month (Jun 8- Jul 2)and at first we were a bit hesitant but when we arrived at the office area the lady was very nice and helpful. We walked to our place which was Belgium 303. We didn’t get the room we saw in the website but it was alright. When we arrived there was already drinking water, clean and made beds, a washing machine and overall the place was very nice. The place was wonderful and safe. Its basically like a gated community and there’s security 24/7. There’s a playground and basketball court and a lot of establishments nearby (bank, eateries, pharmacy and mini marts). At first it was quite difficult to get to the highway/main roads but after a while I found out how to commute and it was simple and easy. Everything worked. We also left for Cebu for 5 days and when we came back everything was there and where we left it.

Cons: The first problem was that there was no elevator (not the host’s fault) so it was kind of difficult to get our 3 big luggages and 1 big box up 2 flights of stairs. Some of the kitchen stuff like the pan was outdated had a dent but it did its job. The chairs were unstable and kept pinching my thighs. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t good and the water dispenser doesn’t cool the water so you’d have to buy ice like we did. The door to the balcony was hard to open and close, I almost knocked over the electric fan because the door pushed me but I got used to it. The room took a while to get cold when the ac was on because the ac was facing the wardrobe.

Pros: kitchen was complete and can cook meals and rice cooker and every appliance you would need and had good water service and staff was excellent and location was good and close to grocery store and market and many places to eat at :)

Cons: The air conditioning needs to be serviced. Somedays it didn’t work as good as it should.

Cons: manchmal zu laut durch viele spielende Kinder und Hundegebell

Overall alright

Pros: Close to the airport and plenty of space to sleep in. It's good value for the time that we stayed.

Cons: Wifi didn't work and there's a lot of stairs if you're staying on higher levels.
