Pros: Cozy room… everything is there.. washing machine, kitchen and over looking to the bay .. that’s why I satisfied🥰

A great place to stay

Pros: I have stayed here many times and always enjoy the location, sunset views and facilities.

Cons: This is the first time that the air conditioner struggled to cool the apartment. I kept it running 24/7 but the room was still slightly too warm for my liking. In all of my previous stays in this apartment the air conditioner has been very good.

Pros: This is my home away from home; my first choice whenever I visit Manila. The location is great, the bay view is stunning, and the kitchen & washing machine make things cheaper and easier.

Cons: Get used to beggars on the street out front.

My 2nd stay. Still fantastic.

Pros: My 2nd stay in this apartment. Perfect location for tourism, with a stunning sunset view overlooking Manila Bay. The caretaker and building security staff are all welcoming and helpful. The washing machine is ideal. The convenience store next door is also highly... convenient!

Pros: Very good location near rizal park and intramuros. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: Had problem with lamps one was blinking all time other not working at all. And something with water in the bathroom.

Pros: It was a great location for the run that my partner was joining very early the next morning. The aircon was very cold and we liked the unit itself. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was strong in the shower.

Cons: I would just advise the next person to get the instructions for checking in as soon as you book. I assumed I would get the instructions automatically because that's how most Airbnb hosts/owners do it as soon as you confirm, but when I checked on the day itself, I realized I had to contact the owner directly to get this information. It was a bit difficult to not be able to just text or call him, and I had to find an alternative way to reach him (via Viber). We ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes to get into the unit and find parking. We checked in late though, so that part was our fault. It would have been easier to have instructions to get into the room from the start, or the contact info of the representative who was supposed to let us in so that there was less back and forth. The guards were very helpful. I figured the owner had his reasons for taking this approach, and it isn't such a big deal overall. It didn't affect our stay negatively and we weren't rushed to check out on the dot, which I appreciated.
