Cons: Mattress was not 100% comfortable.

Good View of Luneta Park

Pros: Central location; just across Luneta park with a very good view of it; and close to Intramuros .

Cons: No available car parking within the bldg premises.

Pros: Location.is good. Although I only talk to the owner of the apartment on the phone she was been nice and friendly. We had a nice view of the Rizal park. We will be back.

Cons: There are things need to be repaired. The views will be a lot better to see if the windows from outside will be cleaned.
