Pros: Great location, pretty good facilities, responsive caretaker and apartment owner who was very helpful.

Cons: Pool is closed on Thursdays, no laundry machine in apartment, store's a bit far away, wifi goes in and out often - unfortunately, water machine was not giving cold water. The apartment could use some minor pest control! Overall, it's a great place - I'd probably stay there again.
