Will definitely book this property again when I come back.

Pros: It’s modern, clean and comfortable. The proximity of the property is close to the big shopping complex which is the Mall of Asia (MOA), it is walkable (15-20 mins) or you can book a Grab if you don’t want to walk. There are grocery shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bank etc. Just step outside the main door and you will find them conveniently located at the corner and side of the building.

Cons: Everything’s good.

Pros: The host Ms. Joan is very professional. She is courteous, hospitable & understanding. Her service was excellent. However, the property owner in the US has charged more than your given/sent charges and it was in dollars. It gave my bank & I confusion because the reflected charge is from a garment company. Unusual for booking.com, hope this will not happen again. Thank you.

Pros: It's my 3rd time to stay here. The owner and Joan were very approachable. See you in July.

Cons: I didn't see anything that I didn't like. I got my extra towels and bed sheets. Internet was pretty stable.

We did enjoy the accommodation. If we need a place to stay in this location i will go for this one.

Pros: The unit is very near to mall of asia and business office we did our transactions.

Cons: The noise coming from the guests of other rooms. But no issue with this unit we occuied.

Very well worth it.

Pros: the cleanliness and the property was well managed. the moment you enter the unit, it smells great and well kept. since it was raining hard, I spent most of my 2 weeks just watching netflix. internet was reliable. no cockroaches. a lot of extras like bed sheet, towels etc etc. Joan and Mila was very accommodating.

Cons: Nothing. Everything's good.
