Overall stay is excellent and worth the money! Highly recommended.

Pros: Value for money is worth it, the unit is clean and with free amenities (hand soap, dishwash, tissues), cooking equipment and utensils are nice. Location is just near SM MOA few minutes walk. Alfamart convenience store at the ground floor of the residence very convenient you can buy everything you need. Overall stay was worth it and highly recommended.

Cons: Few roaches (small) but it is understable since the unit is a bit old, it is normal and what you need to do is to not leave uncovered food on the table, 1st day there were few because we have opened pack foods but when we learned it, we keep food in tight container and roaches didnt come at all, keep the unit clean while youre staying and roaches wont come out. Shower not working (please fix) No hot shower but we can deal with it as you can boil water in the kettle. The veranda door is broken be careful not to be locked from outside. (please fix)
