Modern apartment with excellent location

Pros: The small apartment on the 22nd floor is very beautiful and modern and part of a residence whose residents even share a swimming pool and a gym. The location is fantastic. It is situated in the most modern and safest area of Manila (BGC Uptown), which means you can move around alone freely and safely at any time. It is also great that the apartment has its own washing machine and dryer. I didn’t miss anything during my stay.

Cons: There was occasionally an unpleasant smell in the kitchen near the washing machine, and I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. In addition, I had four cockroaches in the apartment during my stay! I have no idea where they came from. It would be strongly recommended to look into this issue (for example, by calling pest control).

Amazing and relaxed stay

Pros: The apartment is honestly amazing. Clean, comfortable bed, big room, kitchen, washing machine/dryer, Smart tv, AC and other amenities. Perfect for some relax. It’s a great location as you have plenty of restaurants and cafes around, a supermarket next door, and we found a laundry 5 mins walking. Malls close by to enjoy some shopping. The building is nice and looks well kept.

Cons: The main pool was closed due to maintenance during our stay so we couldn’t use it. There is another little one in between the buildings, and so in the shadow, but it was windy to enjoy your stay there.

Very clean in a great location.

Pros: Great location. Very Clean and comfortable with AC in the apartment working well. Washer and dryer very useful. Good communication and instructions from the host.

Cons: Probably too small for 3 people and all our luggage for space but no fault of the unit. AC in common areas not working

Pros: I loved how it is so close to everything. The place felt modern and clean.

Cons: The aircon in the living room started dripping and got some of my stuff wet. There were drip marks below the bedroom aircon which may cause mould if left unmanaged.

Comfortable and quiet.

Pros: The apartment has everything you need to live in permanently if you wished. Garbage collection twice a day. 24 hour building staff. Everything works and all appliances are very new. The bathroom is great and the shower is more than big enough for two people. It’s in easy walking distance to everything you need. The owner is easy to contact if you need help.

Cons: It’s a little far from the airport but that’s not a problem if you don’t mind a taxi ride.

Pros: Everything very nice is like a hotel room but with complete washing machine and kitchen would recommended - I have booked this again as it’s really good - it has washing machine tumble dryer and WiFi

Everything you need at a great price.

Pros: A great location easy to get transport or walk to get groceries, everything you need to cook most meals is supplied and all appliances are very modern, the air conditioners work very well, the shower and bathroom itself are a good size, the bed is large and comfortable, there’s ample cleaning products however no vacuum or brush to sweep the floors, the wifi and included Netflixand YouTube streaming use was good making it very good value for money.

Pros: Perfect location. Place is secure. Room is clean and tidy. Quick response from the owner.
