Uptown Parksuites BGC

Loved the stay in Manila .

Pros: Clean , friendly staff , easy check inn , easily accessible, shopping and restaurant walking distance from the property

Cons: Nil

Apartment from a great guy

Pros: George was great, i was able to contact with anytime of the day and he was available all the time. the apartment was good. there is also a washing maschine. the place is near shopping center and everything.

Cons: the Sandels provided at the hotel were thin.

A comfortable stay in a good location.

Pros: The accomodation is pretty standard for the Philippines. It's about equivalent to a western 3 star apartment hotel. Everything worked, the facilities in the room are good and the aircon works well (not always a thing in the Philippines). The management company were very responsive and provided good information for arrival and use of the facilities.

Cons: Uptown Parksuites Tower 2 entry has an open sewer right out the front. So every time you enter or exit the building you get a very strong smell of sewerage. The pool is nowhere near as nice as it looks in the photos and as is usual in BGC, it is shaded most of the day, so the water is quite cold. The bed is a Queen size.

Pros: Cold A/C, great location despite manila traffic. Nice TV, comfy beds.

Pros: Everything was fabulous! Was trouble with check-in, but manager George decided all questions very quickly and effectively! Highly recommend!

Would likely consider this property again!

Pros: George, the host was very accomodating and responded to emails/inquiries pretty quickly. There was some mishap with the concierge downstairs (that was not his fault), and he was very apologetic&had matters resolved quickly. Loved the location!! Across from Mitsukoshi, Landers was downstairs, and the mall was a block away. So many great places to eat.

Cons: The price was a bit more than neighboring properties, but the location was within a block or two from the places we wanted to go. All in all, couldn't complain. Worth the value.

Overall good experience

Pros: Super Host Condotels provided outstanding service! George is great!!

Cons: Photos listed were misleading and not the actual condo unit. The smell of the lobby perfume was overwhelming and unpleasant. The smell in the condo unit was of sewer and grease trap. Probably the case in all units of the buildings due to infrastructure. Elevator wait time excessive and annoying.

Beautiful

Pros: The place is in the hub of BGC. Walking distance to restaurants, shops.

Cons: Not allowed to use the gym even when renting for 10 days

Pros: Location was perfect Close proximity to work requirements and a shopping centre and eateries Really easy to get around, the pool was great and generally had a great stay.

Cons: Hot water in the kitchen would have been great :)

Stranded in BGC

Pros: Loved the unit's size and amenities. Location was great.

Cons: Could not use the gym.
