Great base near mall & airport

Pros: Good location opposite the bus station, with lots of restaurant options. Also a quick journey from the airport, only cost 189 pesos in a Grab. Clean large room that I great for a long stopover.

Cons: They should tell you in advance that the 1000 pesos deposit is cash only.

Pros: The only issue i had was the wifi, which was not as strong as i hoped for. But then again i was on the 17th floor. Besides that no complains at all. Im very satisfied and will return here. The studio is spacious and i slept very good in the bed. Nice balcony. Eventhough it was just for one night i really enjoyed it. Price/quailty its a 10. We could even check out later at 1500 for a small fee in dutch standards...i was really happy with that since it was my last day before flying back home. In overal i think its a very good choice to come here price/qulaity. I gave it a 9 in overal. Thank you very much, much appreciated. Salamat❤️‍🔥🦋

Pros: Nice view. Location is very convenient. Always clean. Well equipped three-bedroom condotel. The washing machine was convenient. Having three toilets was also great.

Cons: There was a clean up room button that we can use to tell them that our room needs cleaning, however, we were told that we have to go to the reception to ask to clean the room as no one checks it unless they are told. We also have to ask them to give us water, towels, and tea/coffee daily. Only one check-in card and elevator access card was provided.

Comfortable, good value, and well located.

Pros: The main draw was its walking distance from PITX, where there were plenty of food options, shops, and a supermarket. There is also a 24-hour supermarket on the ground floor, and we found the prices unexpectedly reasonable. Security screening at the lifts added to the sense of safety, and even along the walk to PITX there were security personnel throughout, which made the area feel secure. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. While it appears very close on the map, the route is not entirely straightforward, though it is still only about a 15-minute drive. The pool was large, and although the water was cold (as it would be at 8pm when we were there), the water seemed clean. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which felt more like a three-bedroom unit as the sofa bed was quite comfortable, as were the beds in the two rooms. It was spacious, which suited a big family like ours.

Cons: For the rooms facing PITX, better soundproofing from traffic noise would be appreciated, as the property is right across from PITX and early-morning traffic can be heard. That said, this is a small trade-off for such a convenient location and is no different from many parts of a vibrant city like Manila. Other than that, it was a quiet apartment.
