Nice spot for 1 or 2 people near the Okada

Pros: Stayed here for a month and had a great stay. Place has everything you need. It's walking distance (2 mins) to the Okada which has a bunch of restaurants and small 7/11. AC good, wifi good (by PH standards). Place is brand new , would happily stay again

Cons: No gym onsite or nearby No big supermarket for groceries within walking distance so just used Grab Place could use proper towels, tea towels and more glassware

Awesome and will consider this again.

Pros: I really like the hominess of this place. The value for money for this 1 BR apartment is really awesome. Thehost definitely considered the guest by providing some snakcs that you will pay (with price tags) in the apartment as convenience stores are far.

Cons: The development does not allow parking for guests within the property and this was discussed with the host if there would be a possibility of a rented parking in the future. However, Okada is just a within 5 minutes of walk and there are plenty of parking there. Still, it would be nice to have arking within the property., or maybe street parking beside.
