Good residence, Good location

Pros: Everything was well-equipped, and I had a wonderful time enjoying coffee on the balcony with a view. It was conveniently located near the subway and shopping malls. And Bambi was very friendly and prompt in answering all my questions. I was especially grateful for the proactive assistance I received, especially since I was worried about arriving late at the airport at the end of the year. I look forward to visiting again.

Pros: - The quality of service provided by the owner is excellent - Good overalll quality of the commodities inside the unit and in the residence (pool, gym) - Solid location with a convenient SM Mall by walking distance, Airport is accessible with a short grab/taxi ride - No noise pollution from the outside (no close public road, tight security check at the entry)

Cons: - Noisy and slightly outdated Air conditionning inside the unit

Pros: Bambie was super accomodating and helpful with all my requests prior to our stay. She was also a thoughtful person, always quick to reply messages if we asked questions. The location, accomodation and stay was a memorable one. Thank you for the warm welcome and enjoyable stay. Will definitely recommend this place to others if they wish to stay for long duration.

Cons: None, the place, accomodation, location is all great.

The total experience was very very good

Pros: great location with ez access to the MRT. Just a short walk to the Dr santos station. The washing machine was very convenient.

Cons: Not being allowed guests to visit

Nice and clean apartment close to mall.

Pros: Nice place, clean and with everything you need for your stay. I liked that there were items available in the fridge, pantry or medicins even femenine pads in case of an emergency (there is a list with the prices of the items if used) but I thought it is a nice thing to have available. Good location close to SM Sucat and nice gardens to walk or play area for kids. The pool is nice but maybe a bit expensive. I would come back if needed for sure. Good comunication with the host.

Cons: Price for the pool, but host was so thoughtful leaving yhe tickets already available to use on our arrival.
