Absolutely brilliant
Pros: The property was clean and close to SM city sucat, the host was impeccably well mannered and made sure me and my partner were really comfortable and that we had everything we needed, The property is also close to trains and other public transport.

Comfortable staycation
Pros: The condo was spotless and had everything to facilitate our stay there. It was well equipped with cooking facilities, a very comfortable bed, wifi and a Smart TV, Aircon to help cool the condo, pretty lamps to light up the condo and a gorgeous view from the balcony to enjoy the peace and quiet. It felt like a comfortable home where no one else had been before us. The cleanliness and facilities made it feel comfortable and welcoming The security staff were super polite and it was perfect to have the hypermarket (SM Sucat) right beside the condominium. It's peaceful for late night walks inside the complex, playground for children and swimming pool

Perfect long stay condo on a budget.
Pros: It’s a great property. Close to mall and close to train station so you can save a lot of money if you want. Place was clean, security was good and the owner was very kind and easy to talk to.

The place has a homey feel to it.
Pros: I liked that it made me feel safe as they don't let just anyone in. There are security guards to check who are authorized to be in the building. There were basic food avaliable for purchase right from the fridge/mini pantry, this helped us simply cook and fill our tummy without having to go out while we were still feeling tired from our trip. There were freebies like water and laundry soap. In addition, one free ride ticket for each guest going to the closest mall (SM Sucat) were provided. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.

Pros: La relación con la anfitrión y la comunicación fueron muy buenas y respetuosas. La atención a los detalles que puso la anfitriona para que nuestra estadía fuera placentera hicieron la diferencia en comparación nuestras previas experiencias en otros lugares. Bambie cumplió lo prometido y quedamos muy agusto. Gracias.
Cons: No hubo nada importante que pudiera afectar nuestra experiencia. Volveremos cuando estemos de vuelta en el país.

Pros: The room was good and it's nice when you sit down in the balcony. When you need coffee, yakult, pancit canton, noodles , rice during your arrival in the room all are available plus there are some stuff are free like drinking water soy sauce , vinegar,salt and etc. And when you want to go mall and buy something there is free ticket for you to ride a shuttle bus going to sm mall but when you want to walk is good As well. The owner is approachable that's what I like in staying this condo, I stayed from Sep 22- to Oct 22 extended to november 20.
Cons: Sometimes the internet access lost a little bit , but not all the time.

Overall the stay was good.
Pros: Great and thoughtful host, she communicated very well and prepared everything to make my stay comfortable. The place is also near NAIA airport. The unit was also clean, with additional items provided by the host. Free water, coffee and laundry soap. There's also groceries available in the unit which was very handy. Overall, good experience. You get what you paid for. Kudos to the host
Cons: The unit was actually good. However, what I didn't like was the very nosy and unprofessional guards at the property. This was the only issue during the 22-day stay, involving unnecessary questions before entering the property, despite having already validated your identity. Imagine doing this 3-5 times per day! The building was also far from the entrance. A ticket was given so you can ride the free shuttle, but this was not always available. Hence, it's a 10-20 minute walk.

Pros: I like the place just minutes walk from malls and restaurant. The condo was perfect, clean and tidy with complete amenities, very comfortable bed, we feel safe and enjoyed our stay. The host is very friendly and approachable, thank you soo much maam Bambie for accommodating us.
