Convenient, comfortable stay close to T3
Pros: Very close to T3 of NAIA airport. Room had everything you might need, and would be great for longer stays since there is a full kitchen and even a washer/dryer. Big TV, access to pool, nearby gym. Security at entrance. Automatic lock on door. We had a very comfortable stay between flights.
Cons: The walk from the terminal to the property was on the highway and both a little dangerous and unpleasant (we later discovered we could have walked around the top street - longer way but safer). Balcony door wouldn't lock (only a worry when we were not in the apartment). Cupboard under the sink (which had waste bin) had a really strong musty smell. Would be good to just have a sheet for sleeping with, with the duvet available if needed, as it was way too hot!

Pros: The place was clean and pleasantly decorated. Beddings and towels were also clean. We encountered no problems with the shower heater, aircon was cool, and a hair dryer was provided. The tv also .had a Netflix account which we used to watch movies while in the room. The caretaker was also accommodating and friendly.
Cons: 1. The bed provided was for 2 people and there were 3 of us. There was little space for the provided mattress so i jst slept in the couch. 2. No drop-off point for Grab cars at the Cluster 5 lobby. Drop off point was at the Cluster 3 lobby. So from there, my elderly mother, son, and Ihad to carry 5 large and heavy luggage to the Cluster 5 lobby which as a 5-minute walk. Worse, it was drizzling that time.

Good value for money.
Pros: Location, nice appliances good tv/aircon/wifi etc. Very helpful with last minute booking while we were already at the premises.
Cons: Kitchen and refrigerator could be cleaner. But we had literally a last minute booking so maybe they didn't take the time they usually would have to clean the accommodation. A few bugs present. Bad water pressure in the shower.

Pros: We only stayed for one night between flights, but we truly wished we had stayed longer! It was the perfect place to rest — the room was spotless, and the view of Manila was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Pros: Its was a very comfortable clean room, clean and refreshing linens, close and very convenient to most amenities. Our stay was more pleasant, thanks to your staff more specifically the care taker (Norms), that made us feel at ease yet close to home.
Cons: No stand out negatives.

Great stay if transiting Manila and staying for the night
Pros: Nice layout and design. Excellent location - easy access to airport and things around.
Cons: We walked from T3 to the building but circled it on foot trying to find the entrance. Pinpoint entrance on a map would help. Otherwise was great

Felt like home!
Pros: The place was very clean and cozy. We loved the homey interior—it felt like a home away from home, which was exactly what we needed after spending two weeks on the islands. The location was also fantastic, with convenience stores and great restaurants just a short walk away. This made grabbing essentials and enjoying good meals effortless.
Cons: They charge an additional hourly fee for checking in after the designated check-in time, which is only until 18:00.

Perfect value for money if you need a sleepover close to the airport
Pros: The location is comfortable for those arriving in terminal 3 of the airport. The flat is clean and practical. Perfect for a sleepover between the flights
Cons: Getting into the property takes a little while: checking with the main security, then check in for the main flat. The water pressure in the shower is not too strong

Pros: feels homey and cozy. nice view and attention to detail. quite spacious. we found everything we needed. for us, the bed was fine for 2 people. tip: at the airport at the taxi booth they tried to tell us we need a very expensive cab to get to the other side as the runway was closed. just go to the top level of the terminal and you will find the runway, open of course!
Cons: Bit hard to find but people are very friendly and guide the way.
