Cozy and Classy Studio Across Airport Terminal 3

Nicely decorated place at a convenient location.

Pros: It has everything you need for a short and comfortable stay.

Cons: It was a bit difficult to find. It might be a good idea to make a little video where to walk from terminal 3. But we managed to find it. 😉

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this place The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The amenities were excellent — having Netflix, cable, and plenty of toiletries made the stay feel effortless and relaxing. The host was responsive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable visit.

Cons: The only minor downside was the view from the window, but it truly didn’t affect my overall experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for an enjoyable visit

Perfect for our one night layover.

Pros: Perfect location near terminal 3. We had a one night stop over and the property was easy to get to. Room was big enough for 3 of us. Room had everything you could possibly need. Close proximity to restaurants and shops.

Cons: Nothing.

Enjoyable stay very close to the airport.

Pros: It's a great place to stay in when transiting in Manila. Very close to the airport so you will not lose much time for transportation. All of the necessary amenities are provided. Great price to quality ratio, highly recommended!

Cons: The only minus was the fact that while checking-in late (midnight) we needed to wait for the host for 45 minutes even though we announced ourselves well in advance, as well as after we arrived at the airport in Manila.

It was classy and cozy!

Pros: The room was in very good condition, clean, comfortable, everything you need for one night or more.

Cons: The building didn’t have a food service or restaurant or a bar which would have been nice and it’s like a residential complex , so wasn’t expecting that, though that’s not a big deal for us as we got value for our money certainly

Pros: Super convenient, walking distance to airport t3, easy grab to other terminals. Has everything you could need for a quick overnight at a great price.

Excellent location for flight through NAIA terminal3

Pros: Excellent location if you need to have quick access to Terminal 3 for your flights. The unit was very clean and matches photo. The beds were just quite hard as per our preference since we are used to sleeping on soft/ plush mattress. There was bad odor coming possibly from the condominium's sewage system, strong smell coming off the sink, toilet and hallway area.. This would have bothered us if we had to stay here for several days but we only had to stay in the unit overnight/ less than 10hrs for our layover flight. Caretaker Jeff warmly welcomed us to the unit even we arrived quite late.

Great location, perfect studio

Pros: The studio was clean, cozy, well equipped. It was easy to communicate with the host. Great location, nice garden with swimming pool.

Cons: One of the reasons we booked this property was the nice pool. Unfortunately Monday is a maintenance day so we couldn’t use it at all during our stay :(
