Great place to stay in BGC!

Pros: Loved the bedroom's view! The unit also had ample space to unwind!

Cons: The staff didn't make me feel welcome. They didn't feel too friendly.

Would book again. Staff was friendly and responsive in person. We loved the view!

Pros: The view and location. Right next to high street and Manila Polo club! The studio is upscale, no regrets booking.

Cons: The washer is a single unit but no dryer. I assumed it was a washer dryer combo. It does get the clothes about 80%…the rest is hung to dry. The staff has limited abilities to complete special requests, think of this as a residential tower with short term stays rather than hotel. This stay was for an engagement, I was hoping for fresh flowers. I received two emails telling me that couldn’t supply the requested items and to check their services offered.

Cons: No ramp to haul your luggages getting inside the building. The lobby was hot, no fan or a/c

Outstanding

Pros: A huge apartment with ever thing you need washing machine, full kitchen with stove oven microwave fridge/freezer, kettle, iron and board, smart tv and a whole lot more. Staff were responsive. Great view over the city and a easy walk to all the attractions. Best thing was the price as it offers outstanding value for money.

Pros: Accessible from the center of BGC. Unit is quite spacious and clean.

Cons: Parking is 500 instead of 400, swimming pool is closed during Mondays.

Exceptional quality and service at a great price

Pros: We booked two apartments and like the first this apartment was very comfortable and of a high quality with everything you would expect and a lot more besides. Excellent service from Miss Jazz and her team.

Exceptional service and comfort

Pros: Staff were friendly and responsive. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything we needed for our stay in fact it had a lot more than you would find in other serviced apartments at a much higher price. It is located in an exclusive area of BGC with a wide variety of restaurants close by.

Cons: There was nothing that we did not enjoy.

Best in class for serviced apartments

Pros: Large, comfortable and clean apartment with more amenities than you would expect for the price. Staff were very efficient and friendly. An ideal base if you are in BGC for business or leisure as banks, restaurants, supermarket and jogging track just outside the front door.

unpretentious and professional

Pros: I was shocked when I shared the elevator with an A-list celebrity but I can understand why they would wish to stay here as its a great place to relax and is very secure. Unlike a 5 star chain hotel on my last trip that has guard dogs, x-ray machines and guards watching your every move and that is just to check in. This place is unpretentious the staff assist you when required and then get out of your way.

Cons: I have no complaints.

great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in BGC.

Pros: great value for money, comfortable and clean apartment with a nice view of the city skyline. Staff are friendly and efficient even at 2 am when I checked in. Lots of restaurants and even a supermarket with in a 2 min walk.

Cons: I didn't find anything I didn't like. It overs better value and comfort than hotels costing 3 times the price.
