Pros: Good room and quality like a premium if you wanna stay I prefer you check the no reply email on your gmail for other charges. The active response of the owner is also very good for us to guide the room. If you wanna find a comfortable and quality premium for an affordable stay choose this one because you don't regret choosing this.

Cons: The guard on the Sea B is more likely strict and not friendly to any random people that wanna stay. They don't smile on you

Affordable and Relaxing Stay

Pros: Walking distance to MOA. The room is clean, and we have our own WIFI and NETFLIX access. They have a lot of pools my daughters enjoyed swimming.

Good value for your money. It has all the essentials for business, frugal travel.

Pros: I like that Sir Jan is very accommodating and he replies fast. He heeds my request for my acrophobic mom so he gives us the first floor unit 🥰 The room is perfect for 4 people with tv (but no netflix), fast wifi, AC, refrigerator, heater, microwave, electric burner, hot and cold shower. Since our room is in the ground floor, no nice view of the pool because the window is blocked by the big shrubs but very convenient because just a few steps to the main entrance then a convenient store (more of a mini mart with very affordable all-day breakfasts) immediately outside. There is also 2 free soaps and one mineral water, clean bedsheets, soft pillows, 2 hangers, and one electric fan on top of the AC. The pictures as attached were taken after we left. It was so clean when we arrived. That cellophane was ours, not the property's.

Cons: The towels that are provided is of cheap quality, there are small bits of cloth that stick to your skin when you use them. The electric burner cooks slow but it functioning. The head shower is not working. The bidet's pressure is too strong for my big butt. The hanger holder is damaged, it does not hold heavy dresses.

Pros: I loved the convenient location near MOA, the unit was clean and cozy, and the host was very accommodating. Perfect for a quick staycation!

Affordable and Great experience

Pros: Convenient, near Mall of Asia. The room is clean and smells fresh. The staff are friendly and they assisted me in buying my pool ticket. We'll book with them again soon.

Cons: I only booked one night, next time I'll book for a week.
