I would definitely recommend this unit. It´s worth it.

Pros: The owner of the unit is highly responsive and professional, which is always a great sign when considering a place to live. The units themselves are spacious, offering either stunning views or a peaceful, scenic atmosphere. The price is definitely worth it, especially given the comfort and homey feel the space provides.

Cons: The unit smells fresh and inviting when you first walk in, which is a nice touch. One area that could be improved is the cleaning. With a little more attention to detail, this could truly become a top-tier place to live.

Pros: The location is convenient as it is accessible to everything. You get a good view which is totally a bang for the buck. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or even a longer stay. No hassle checking in and the place is clean. For the accessibility, location and what the place offers - its incredibly cheap and functional. Also recommended for concert goers too!

Pros: Walking distance to MOA Pasay (Mall of Asia) Washing machine in the bathroom 24 Hour Security - Excellent Hospitality 24 Hour Alfa Mart, enjoying midnight snacks, toiletries, dish and detergent soap Different eateries to choose from around the building

Cons: Nice location, why so many insects inside the building?
