Pros: The place is the best. A lot of food near the area and easy access to public vehicle.

Cons: It would be better to have additional beds if it will exceed to more than 2 people for better sleep :)

The room was so clean and very relaxing.

Pros: Cleanliness and the Bluetooth speaker on the ceiling.

Cons: Netflix and YouTube are not working. The unit is on the ground floor and it was not mentioned in the booking details. I was expecting there to be a balcony.

2-Night Staycation | Sea Residences | Reboot Tour - Manila

Pros: LOVE the unit where I stayed in. It's clean & it smells good. Kitchen amenities are complete. I also love that it has a washing machine because it lessens the hassle of packing used clothes. Toiletries (a roll of tissue, liquid soaps) and slippers were also provided for use. TV has netflix and YT. Internet connection is ok. I don't have photos of the place because I was so busy prepping up for the con. This was my 2nd time booking with Condo R' Us and it has always been a good experience.

Pros: The View was okay, not pointed into the pool, so it was an open feeling to see outside of the window. The aircon was cold and it had a complete kitchen.

Cons: The airport, a lot of aeroplanes departure but it's normal in this Area of the City. The deposit of 2.000PHP is unacceptable for my opinion. It's not okay to insist on a deposit and mention right after not to leave stains on the bedding, which is if you're having a child or simply using the bed and leave a stain on it just normal. The Host didn't accept to change the dates, in my case there was unfortunate a Taifun coming and it would have been kind to take a step forward to us and switch but whatever... that's why we won't come again anyway. All in all it was okay.

Relaxing stay

Pros: Everything and it's just in front of MOA. We only just walk in going there. We did cook for breakfast. There were Cooking & food utensils. There's also a minimart in the ground floor to buy for our stuff, drinks, & foods.
