Pros: 位置很好，距离SM MALL很近，步行十来分钟就可抵达，周边很多餐馆和中餐厅，奶茶店，便利店，房东甚至有微信，但需要英文沟通，回复还算及时，有问题也会帮忙解决

Cons: 公寓一楼大堂的保安比较严格，我们订的房可以住四人，但订单只写了两人名字，导致第三人一直不给上楼，处理了好一阵子才解决。房间有点小，住3-4人就会很挤，住两人正好

Pros: מיקום מעולה במנילה. לא רחוק מהשדה תעופה. קרוב מאוד לקניון הגדול של אסיה. תמורה מעולה למחיר. צ׳ק אין עצמאי נוח.

Cons: רצינו לשמור את המזוודות ביום האחרון שלנו עד לטיסה. שאלתי מראש את בעל הנכס אם זה אפשרי והוא אמר לי שכן ושהגענו לשומרים בקבלה הם אמרו לנו שאין שירות כזה. אז היינו צריכים להסתובב עם המזוודות עלינו 🤔 קצת ביאס את השהות אבל הסתדרנו עם זה.
