PRS at One Palm Tree Villa near T3 Airport

Clean and comfortable room with all the Amenities

Pros: Very clean and comfortable studio apartment...Everything worked well including the much appreciated ample water pressure and availability of hot water in the shower although this can vary depending on what apartment you are actually given as there are many available under the name of PRS at One Palm Tree Villa....This particular apartment was well cared for and looked like it had just been given a face lift...I literally only had to wait 5 minutes to get in to the apartment as the housekeeper always seems to be nearby which is much appreciated after a long days travel...Very relaxing stay

Pros: Very clean comfortable room... Air-con is very efficient...room has a cozy feel and is situated on ground floor... Wi-Fi was reliable... Nice TV with YouTube available

Cons: The only negative for me was the very low water pressure in the shower and lack of warm water... It really needs to be addressed

perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Plenty of restaurants and eateries within minutes walk. 7

Pros: great unit, location across the Manila Airport, large swimming pool and really good security in place.

Cons: we were on the ground level as requested and the door to the Balcony didn’t have a door handle so you couldn’t lock it.

Cons: Jedan rucnik za dvoje ljudi. Ubili smo nekoliko žohara 😔 bojim se da nam neki ne žohar ne udje u prtljagu. Neudoban manje velicine krevet

Parfait pour 1 nuit avant son vol

Pros: La 2ème fois était meilleure car la piscine était ouverte et nous en avons bien profité. Le quartier est génial, chic, propre ! Vous pourrez trouver plein de restaurants dans la galerie marchande près de l’hôtel Marriott (c’est également dans cet hôtel qu’il y a un ATM - indispensable) L’aéroport est à côté. Environ 300P pour rejoindre le terminal 1 // et le terminal 3 est accessible à pied via une passerelle à côté du McDonald. Un 7-eleven à proximité pour acheter notre carte SIM Smart (rechargeable avec l’application)

Cons: Nous avons séjourné 2 fois ici. Début mars la piscine était en maintenance… nous étions mécontent car nous avions choisi ce lieu uniquement pour la piscine, payé le tarif fort, pour découvrir à notre arrivée qu’on ne pourra pas en profiter ! On aurait aimé un geste commercial. Ne dormez pas ici si vous souhaitez visiter intra-muros car c’est loin, beaucoup de trafic, donc taxi cher
