For me, dealing with someone who is respectful, understanding & considerate is a huge thing. Tnx.

Pros: We had everything we needed in the unit. Laundry shop in the ground flr as well as 7/11, milk tea shop which is handy. Location is perfect as it is near my father’s house & my rented property. Basically near malls, resto, bars etch. The owner is very considerate to allow us to check in earlier than we should. She’s easy to deal with & communicating was so easy. They provide elevator access card so we didnt have to bother staff. Easy check in. Staff are pleasant and polite. We are a family of 3 but I think the space could accommodate 5 or even more if of short stature. I liked how the unit was decorated & how spaces were maximised. Love to see the bible & other religious items. Hot shower too. Can cook your own meals. We’ve been to other hotels & airbnbs around BGC for our 1 month holiday, for me this is the place I felt most comfortable staying in.

Cons: None for me that I can think of.

Pros: the space is really good, it's clean, and set up well for a family or a group. Security is good as well.

Cons: not that we didn't like anything just the lock is a bit complicated, we understand that it's more secured that way but my mom is old so she struggled a little.
