Great rooms, lovely proactive staff in an excellent location

Pros: Excellent service, staff is just lovely Rooms are large and airy Beds are very comfortable Breakfast in the Club Lounge was quiet and there were many choices, eggs to order, nice view from 27th floor Very central location, across the road from Greenbelt, walking distance to numerous other malls

Cons: We ordered room service on our first night and the quality of the food was not good. This was surprising because the food in the restaurant Alfred, had been very good.

Comfortable and classy

Pros: Excellent location for entertainment, shopping, and transport. The staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful. We booked the 62sqm suite and it was the perfect size for my family. Having a washing machine and kitchenette were particularly handy. The complimentary first day of drinks in the fridge and snacks in the kitchenette were a nice surprise. My new favourite accommodation in Makati!

Cons: This was our second stay in a suite there. In our first suite, the kitchenette had a microwave and interestingly, this one didn't. The swimming pool is not heated. Given the climate, I guess, it's not essential, but it would've been more comfortable if it was.

Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel and will come back for sure.

Pros: The hotel is very central which made me feel very safe as I was traveling alone. I arrived at around 01:00 a.m. and the check-in process was quick and efficient. This is not always the case with other hotels. The lobby staff were very helpful in assisting arrangements for transport and such. I unfortunately did not get a chance to enjoy their breakfast as sleeping in was more of my priority at the time, but I only heard good things about it. Will ty it when I have my husband with me so it'll be worth the spend. It is worth mentioning that the air-conditioning was well maintained and can be adjusted accordingly. This is not always the case in other hotels. Also found the complimentary soft-drinks, beer and snacks in the fridge to be a nice touch.

Cons: I can't think of a negative comment.

Definitely worthy of the high reviews and would easily recommend

Pros: Location was easy to reach by taxi from airport and the local amenities were exceptional - a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel and the impressive Greenbelt complex literally across the road. Room was spacious and the bed/pillows were exceptionally comfy. Staff were friendly and professional. 24/7 gym was well equipped.

Cons: Security deposit was very high

Pros: Great location, in the center of Makati! Staff from Security, Reception, Concierge were very courteous and friendly. Always greeting with a warm smile and beautiful gesture of palm/hand in the heart. Rooms though a bit outdated and in need of refurbishment soon are still well-maintained, spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay at Makati Diamond again when back in Manila on our next visit!

Excellent stay...friendly staff

Pros: We had an awesome stay, The staff starting with the security down by the entrance, front desk and the guys on the floor are extremely friendly.

Cons: The only thing was that the scheduled maintenance of the elevators was poorly executed. According to your leaflet the maintenance should have been finished at 9am. So my wife and our 5 year old son waited to have breakfast after 9am. Unfortunately your elevators came online at 9:50 and it was to late to have breakfast. A reimbursement would be most welcome of the one breakfast my wife could not consume. regards Gerhard
