A modern clean safe accommodation with private parking

Pros: The property suited our needs as we require 2 bedrooms and kitchen facilities. each bedroom had its own bathroom. the property was generally clean and well equipped

Cons: there were some high level shelving in the kitchen that needed a clean, the property appeared to be secure and although limited it did have private parking at an additional cost per day

Pros: The host is very responsive to inquiry and request.

Cons: A bit outdated. The bathroom.

A very worth it and amazing place to stay. Pet friendly too but very clean!

Pros: The overall vibe of the place is very homey. When I first entered the gate up to the unit, it felt like home. The unit was very clean, the cleanest unit I have ever stayed on! No other properties I've stayed in the past can get close to the quality of the units they have.

Cons: I'm a big believer of security above all, my wife thinks I'm a bit paranoid but I would not let my family be in danger. For the door going into the unit, it has automatic door locks which I'm personally not a fan of, I would prefer entrance doors having a second bolt, but this is mitigated for me since the courtyard or patio of the property all the way to the gate is very secured with CCTV, lights, barbed wires and very high walls.

Pros: Very clean . New condo . Up to date tech smart tv. Can cook and fridge is nice size . A/C in every part of house . 10/10 in Manila . Wouldn’t book anywhere else . Best for 2 couples as there is 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms . Gates also so very safe . 7/11 stores very near by . Will stay again 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Pros: They were very accommodating, given we arrived in the middle of the night, there was someone to open the gate for us. Quiet, updated place. Had everything that we needed. Nice size living room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and kitchen area. Very good place, in a busy area. Coffee shop and restos nearby and a few minutes walk (or hop in one of the tuk-tuks outside) to get to Robinson's mall . I would recommend this place.
