Pleasant stay

Pros: Deceptive location. Hidden behind big steel security gates on busy street, you would never think the 4 apartments could be there. Once in, it be came a haven of piece and quiet.ideal location for shopping and local restuarants.

Fantastic! A quiet oasis in the middle of the city.

Pros: Fantastic!!! This apartment was like an oasis in the middle of the city. It was perfect! Quiet, beautiful and very clean. I wish I had booked more nights here. The location was close to everything, the manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I will be recommending anyone I know visiting Manila to book this accommodation. Extremely impressed

Pros: We absolutely loved the property! The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the location was just perfect. Plus, the price was really reasonable. All in all, it was a great experience!

Cons: The host was super friendly and approachable! However, they might have forgotten to explain how to use the hi-tech key. No worries though, I'm sure they'll be happy to help you out if you ask.

Pros: the room is spacious, it was nice there is Netflix channel is very good as well as sofa

Cons: there is no free breakfast. no free drinking water. and no option to order outside. good because Mr. boysi is very accommodating he arrange for us to order food and delivered it in our doorstep. thanks to him He save the day.

Pros: Die freundliche Gastgeberin war immer vor Ort und hat alle Probleme innerhalb von Minuten gelöst. Das Appartement war überdurchschnittlich sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Küchengeräte, Bestecks und Geschirr waren neu oder neuwertig. Die Klimanalagen in den Schlafzimmern waren so leise, dass man sie im Nachtmodus laufen lassen konnte, ohne durch Geräusche gestört zu werden.

Cons: Eine der Toiletten neigte zu Verstopfung. Dies konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht dauerhaft behoben werden, so dass wir auf die andere Toilette (das Appartment hatte zwei) ausweichen mussten. Das Appartment befindet sich ebenerdig und am Durchgang. Wenn man die Gardinen öffnet, schauen ständig andere Touristen rein.
