First time trip to Philippines

Pros: This place was very nice and clean, buffet breakfast was amazing and it is only a few minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Perfect location if you are planning a holiday with everything close by. Big shout out to the hotel staff as well so friendly and very accommodating for all our needs.

Pros: The breakfast was good -- there were a lot of choices.

Pros: The staffs are all very good, I can't say anything bad about them. They are all very friendly, helpful and attentive from the reception, vallet, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. The buffet breakfast is pretty good. I liked the pool too.

Cons: Looks like the hotel rooms aren't properly maintained, the curtains have molds. The bathroom have a bit of smell.

Best Hotel in Sta Rosa Laguna Area.

Pros: Comfortable beds , soft pillows, spacious room , excellent customer service in the front office as well as housekeeping

Cons: Miso restaurant had very limitted choices for their buffet dinner. And then during breakfast there was a very long line outside waiting to be seated. The problem was there were tables available , however for example the table available was good for six , instead of just splitting the table into good for 3 persons each , they'd rather wait for groups of 5-6 and give the table. a Table for 4 , they were waiting for a group of 4-3 instead of just readily giving it to a couple. Poor service and judgement call on accomodating guests. Poor business practice.

Pros: Breakfast or meal is expensive as compare to other hotel with different variety (e.g Parklane hotel in Cebu is cost around 800-1200 max only you can avail buffet breakfast with japanese, meditereanean, filipino etc) but here in SEDA liited options
