Cons: When I book, the images shows that the room has a window however onsite, the room given has no window. My suggestion is selection of room page, please separate the room with window vs room without window, so the person can select the room preferred and to show transparency.

Pros: Breakfast ok - location ok with in the hotel vicinity however they don’t serve soda.

Cons: No wardrobes available in the bedroom to hang clothes. Towels old and frayed.

Pros: Great location; amazing, exceptional, polite, courteous, and friendly staff; excellent customer service.

Cons: The shower area could use some cleaning. There are mildew stains on the grout that could be removed by soaking a piece of cloth or cotton in chlorine and leaving it on the grout overnight. A big hole in the duvet cover could easily be mended by a few stitches.

Pros: I always choose this hotel whenever I'm in Metro Manila—it’s my go-to! Having lived in Mandaluyong before, the location has always been a big plus for me. It's right in the middle of everything, whether you're heading north or south. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and respectful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. It just feels convenient and familiar every time. Definitely a reliable place to stay!
