Pros: I liked that it was clean and like in the pictures. It was modern and with ac. Staff was friendly.

Cons: It was a bit far from makati center, i wasnt recommended to walk eventhough everything is in walking distance. There is no breakfast available. But its perfect for a night to catch a flight. Wouldnt stay longer than that.

Great Value Stay in Makati

Pros: Excellent location with close proximity to restaurants and cafes. Staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value accomodation.

Cons: The room was missing some basic necessities such as soap, shampoo, and drinking water.

Pros: Location and it’s clean.. comfortable bed soft mattress as compared to some big name hotels that has hard mattress very uncomfortable to sleep for long period of time

Holiday Celebration and staycation.

Pros: I like the location area of the hotel, I also appreciate the staff. Good thing there's a water dispenser just in the corner of the hallway so you don't need to buy bottled mineral water outside the premise.

Cons: I didn't like the malfunctioning door keycard. I just hope they can fix that before I look forward to stay again in this hotel.

Pros: Clean. Good value for money. Showers are nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Noisy and the beds are little uncomfortable. No fridge but it is a budget hotel.

Booking.com need to evaluate the way they tax customers

Pros: Location excellent close to everything you need as a tourist and clean.. bed very comfortable as compared to other big hotels.. low price and in the heart of the city CBD..

Cons: Everything about the property is okay nothing to complain about.. only thing I don’t like is booking.com charge very tax I don’t know how they calculate that. a room cost $38 and tax is $9 dollars how can that be..

Good hotel

Pros: This is an ideal hotel for transit while exploring the Philippines, or even for a quick pre-trip shower. It's not luxurious, but it's clean and in a good location. I highly recommend it.
