Pros: Absolutely wonderful, they are after every little detail and the staff is so warm and gentle. Our room was beautiful and extremely clean. We stayed for the first two nights and decided to come back for the last night in the Philippines. Breakfast is fantastic, drinks at the pool are great and the restaurant Lavazza offers a cozy dinner with high food quality. Thank you!

It was nice and I’ll definitely choose them again.

Pros: It’s new and very convenient. Close to the airport, with shuttle services (from the airport to hotel and back, and to surrounding malls)

Cons: 2 things: 1.) I would note the rooms are not really sound proof. On my final night of stay, there were guests having a party in one of the rooms and I can hear their noises which was really bothersome and I ended up calling front desk (they sorted it btw) and 2.) there are a lot of property agents lurking about in the lobby trying to sell real estate under the hotel’s developer.
