Great hotel close to the airport

Pros: Ideally placed, close to the airport. Great level of service, luxury hotel, great restaurant with excellent huge breakfast buffet. We used the fitness which was well equipped.

Cons: 2 elevators out of service out of 5 at the time of check out. We stayed 35mn at floor 15 waiting for a not full cabin. (My partner went down on foot via the staircase!)

Pros: Services or help provided to us were fast. Very accomodating staffs. Even though breakfast was limited i think it was enough & tasty.

Cons: Pool was not heated so its cold even its sunny or not especially when its windy. Can be too crowded & full parking space during weekends.

Pros: Good location near the airport and malls, clean rooms. The staff is friendly, except for the bartender, who was quite rude.

Cons: The breakfast is average and overpriced. Not worth the money.

Overall all it was very good.. Okada was also nearby was a bunos .. thanks to lovely staff

Pros: The free shuttle bus was a big bunos for us as we were going back abroad

Pros: Airport service shuttle... Very attentive concierge...

Cons: Unattentive personal on your Swimmingpool area....eventhrought too much personal and trainee around its useless.... I look at them and wait...I thought they will catch what does it mean but no...I look again and ask...is it self service? That was the time one of them came to me..... Im not the only one who came to the counter to take the Menü or to give the order... Is that how you traiened the future Hotelier....

Beautiful hotel friendly staff very clean

Pros: Near to airport in Manila only 15 minutes by taxi make sure you get a proper taxi because there’s a lot of scammers there Beautiful hotel very clean hundred percent been there twice now will be going back in end of January
