Plan to return but will likely book without breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast menu could be improved. Please consider adding bacon or hotdogs to the options. I’ve had better breakfasts at hotels with lower prices, so I was expecting more, especially since adding breakfast to our booking cost an additional 1,800. With that price, we were really expecting more variety. Overall, though, the room and the staff were nice. We will surely come back again, but we will probably book without breakfast.

Pros: The property was lovely, clean and amazing views of the ocean. Room was big, spacious nice balcony. Very chill

Cons: Staff require hospitality training. The lift was very frustration as it was slow

Cons: The location is behind an old building. The lobby is on the 4th floor and it was very steep going to the parking.

Some great, some bad

Pros: The rooms were nice, clean, very good technology in the rooms. Nice views, and the infinity pool was great.

Cons: There is zero communication between the Food outlets and the front desk, despite leaving my credit card for charging things like room service. It was always a hassle because they had to call each time ti confirm I left a credit card. And the check out is terrible, making you wait so they can check the room was quite ridiculous. If a person has left their card you don't need them there to charge if there are damages.
