BuenaSentro Hostel

Pros: Large beds, super clean, bathroom is good. All considering the price. No large lounge or hang out area, but it wasn't a priority for my booking since I spent most of the day outside. Laundry right next door and affordable eateries

Cons: No near 24 hour convenience stores nearby

Amazing- but bring earplugs!

Pros: Amazing hostel, especially because of the staff/owners. They were extremely helpful and accomodating! The beds were extremely comfortable - the best I've seen in a long time. The curtains provided utmost privacy and near total darkness, and there were convenient shelves and power outlet. The place was super clean, and the showers are amazing, they even provided towels. There's no lounge area but a small balcony and many people at the hostel were really nice and social and sharing meals, it was really nice to have that. The location is in a local neighbourhood, 15 minute walk to the MRT or jeepneys are around the corner, and a couple supermarkets close by, many restaurants.

Cons: -It can be a bit chilly with the A/C and thin sheet instead of a blanket -The toilet paper was constantly out -The street is extremely noisy at night (probably just a Manila thing), but maybe the rooms deeper in are better -the bed sections are extremely dark and hard to find your things, they really need to install small bed lights. -There are two showers but only one toilet connected to the shower, so it was often occupied. -no drinking water They have lockable storage boxes under the bed, but another person and I discovered that everyone had the same key to access these. When the owners learned this, they immediately put new locks on the following day, super efficient! However I didn't use the new system so you should check this if you need the safety; every person's locker should have it's individual key and not be able to open all of them

Pros: lovely atmosphere, best place for stay, regular service.

Cons: cleanness, setting, wifi, kitchen utensils

Pros: New. Clean. Quiet. Attractive price. Excellent bed and shower. Good location - 40min walk to downtown. Next to the hostel there is a budget place to eat excellent local good. Also next door there is laundry service. Friendly staff.

Pros: The staff were really helpful. My charger broke and I couldn’t charge my phone, the lady charged it for me. The rooms, bathroom and toilets were really clean and the water pressure in the bathroom was just right. The location was great and easily accessible.

Pros: It's an extremely comfortable and clean place, with excellent transport links, including many shops and pharmacies. Thank you for everything, the staff is very friendly

Pros: Night receptionen was really helpful with explaining even the questions I didnt ask, Give me best recommendations what to do and what to see, really helpful when you come first time in Philippines... Everything in hotel is new so its really nice

Pros: My stay at BuenaSentro Hostel offered great value for money. The place is safe, quiet, and comfortable, ideal for a restful stay for solo travelers who prefer a shared room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm attitude. The location is also strategic and convenient. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Cons: I would suggest installing individual reading lights inside each bunk bed so guests can use a light when needed without disturbing others. That is my only recommendation at this time. Thank you so much for the good stay.

Pros: The space in the bed plus the locker for each person. And the privacy for each bed space. The light and air condition is just right.

Cons: The floor is kinda noisy especially when someone is walking too heavy.

Cons: J'ai pris un dortoir filles mais ce qui arrive souvent et que certaines non pas de respect et téléphone toute la nuit pendant qu'on essaye de dormir ou ne connaissent pas les écouteurs pour regarder leur videos sur leurs téléphone c'était compliqué j'étais fatigué et je suis partie. Mais les hôtes n'y sont pour rien et on voulut que je reste
