Pros: House was very clean. Host had supplied lots of consumables. Stayed in contact. Air Conditioned throughout, very nice. Water temperatures were great for the Philippines. Nice TV with smart features like YouTube and Netflix. Located in a quite location. Guards for entry were exceptional.

Cons: Typical Philippine stair case, very small and steep but that is the norm in the Philippimes.

Pros: Overall experience, the accommodation (owners super friendly). Tahimik, peaceful yung lugar, well organized, clean, fresh, and malapit lang sa SM Dasma and Rob kaya super convenient.
