WIFi is fast, No problem for people who need to work! Kim and the whole staff are super friendly, helpful and always smiling! My #1 spot in Metro Manila

Cosy hotel with fantastic staff

Pros: Very cosy and well located (relatively close to the airport and a 5 minute walk to the metro) little hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Laundry facility available at 100 PHP per kilo. Room was small but perfectly ok for a couple of nights with decent air con and a hot shower.

Cons: A little noisy at night due to neighbourhood dogs and aeroplanes. Nothing that ear plugs won’t sort out.

Pros: We liked the location, it's near LRT and market. Easy transportation using Grab or tricycles. The owners are very kind and easy to talk to. The room has this old vibes but facilities are working. Towels and bed linens are clean and does not stinks.

Cons: Probably for family room please a mini refrigerator. Kids might want to store food 😅

Great hotel to settle.

Pros: We stayed 2 nights there and it was great! The hotel is beautiful, you have different terasses, one common kitchen, The rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean, with good AC. Breakfast (supplement) is very good and served on the terasse in the morning. We could do early check-in (supplement to pay) because we arrived at 7am, and we could let our backpacks in a safe place the last day, before leaving for our next destination. The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. They really care about their hosts and do everything so you feel at ease. The area around is very popular, so do not hesitate to take a Grab at night or the metro (during the day), but the place is closed with a guardian at the entrance and a barrier, so no problem :)

Pros: Absolutely beautiful traditional building. We loved staying here. One of the best accommodation we stayed in the Philippines. Super clean, comfy bed and exceptionally kind staff.

Cons: The street to get there can be a bit dark at night, but nothing to worry about. They have a security guy at the entrance gate.
