Overall a great stay with a nice view and convenient location.

Pros: Beautiful balcony view of Makati City! The location is super convenient—grocery at the ground floor, massage parlour on the 2nd, and tons of cafés and restaurants within steps. Plus, it’s an easy walk to Ayala Ave, Gil Puyat Ave, and nearby embassies.

Cons: Just note that there’s an additional fee to use the pool.
