Casa Viana - Modern House Upto 300mbps Wi-fi with Netflix

Pros: Staff reacted quickly and politely to all requests. The TV with netflix was a good bonus along with the aircon in the bedroom.

Cons: No hot water heater for the shower.

I had a wonderful stay and would consider booking again in the future when I visit Cabuyao Laguna again.

Pros: The place was spacious and clean. The aircon in the bedroom was a bonus for sleeping which made it comfortable for me as I come from a colder climate and not used to the hot weather at night.

Cons: Although it had plenty of cooking equipment such as pots and pans the one think I would recommend is maybe adding a small two slice toaster and microwave to add other ways to cook rather than just a cooktop.

Overall satisfactory and reasonably priced. The room was decent enough and clean.

Pros: Arvin Naraga did a great job assisting us on our requests. The room was decent and clean and has the basic amenities at the kitchen. Just asking Arvin for any items that you need such as new clean towels, drinking water refills, etc. We were allowed to stay 2 hrs more beyond the check-out time so that was an additional convenience for us.

Cons: 2 days out of 6 days stay, the wifi was out of service. Arvin did try to provide a mobile wifi access on the 3rd day but we have to go out so did not had a chance to use it. On the next day, the wifi signal was restored. The neighborhood had several roosters that starts crowing starting at 3:00 am so our sleep gets disturbed. You just have to ignore it. The parking lot is accessible but the road going to it is narrow and you can turn around at the end of the road. All faucets on kitchen sink and lavatory requires fixing. Its loose. Will need both hands to close and open the faucet.
