Just right!

Pros: Clean, secure, attentive crew, large room, air/con, shower, quiet, and comfortable. The neighborhood is abundant with hospitals, stores + shops, and restaurants. Transportation is a breeze.

Pros: Great facilities, had full use of the outdoor garden spaces to chill and relax. Room was big and well equipped, along with a shared kitchen area, although I did not cook anything during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite a bit of a language barrier.

Cons: The blanket specifically was not as comfortable as a hotel, but it was sufficient to sleep. It was a bit annoying to buzz the security to enter and leave the premises as well.

A wonderful oasis in Manila

Pros: It was extremely cosy and quaint, beautifully refurbished accommodation that used to be a family home. Elements of the family home remain, complete with a finely trimmed garden. Clean and tidy. Kitchen that can be used.

A lovely, peaceful haven in a daunting metropolis

Pros: A lovely haven of peace. Beautiful garden, very spacious and lovely room. Once a family home, the place has warmth. Very attentive staff in Ryan, Ivan and Mark. The owners, Connie and Rick, are lovely too! They met me to introduce themselves, Connie gave me a gift, and they gave me a lift to pick up my laundry. Thank you all for this excellent experience!

Aint no place like home, or this hotel.

Pros: Everything was brilliant. A real hidden gem . It's a bit of a sanctuary in the midst of a big, noisy, and sometimes frantic city. When you pass through the secured entrance gate, you are transformed into a wonderfully maintained resort like setting with great staff and facilities available for use, such as laundry, big common kitchen, and filtered water. Best of all is the large rooms with big beds and complete kitchenette with table and chairs, and hot water showers.

Cons: Not one thing is wrong here.
