Pros: The location was good close to Walter Mart which helps when you need groceries and some basic fast food.

Cons: Better if there is a bread toaster

Upgrade the cooling capacity of the AC system

Pros: Adequate kitchen equipment and utensils. Proximity to almost everything, like supermarket, church, restaurants, etc TVs, Fridge and Hot shower working.

Cons: Inadequate air conditioning system in the bedroom for hot and humid weather
