Great value for money! Best place to stay in the area.

Pros: One of the nicest flat what I was accomdated in the Philippines. The owner was nice and very helpful. House is compete with everything we needed as family. The house was very clean without insect. Furnitures were new and TV is with free netflix. Filtered water coming from the tap. Free drinking water. Mary was very responsive and made sure we had all we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros: It was the perfect spot for our weeklong stay. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment had a private balcony and rooftop access for a nice view of the tree-scaped neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked, including an electric water kettle. A microwave was available in the common area, and Mary had coffee and tea and drinking water available.
