מקום טוב מאוד

Pros: בניין חדש ומתוחזק ברמה מאוד גבוה מקום מאוד מסודר עם אבטחה מעולה כול מי שמגיע צריך לתת דרכון לפני על מנת שיוציאו לו כרטיס עם התמונה שלו שרק ככה אפשר להשתמש במעלית, הבית מאובזר בהכול וממש לא חסר כלום, מקום שקט בלי כול הרעש של מקאטי ובמרחק הליכה של 5 דקות מהרחוב הראשי איפה שכול המועדונים הברים ומסעדה ישראלית מושלמת finkels של יוסי,

Cons: למי ששומר שבת ובא לאזור בגלל בית חב״ד אז בשבת זה לא רלבנטי כי הדירה בקומה 31 אז אין סיכוי לרדת ולעלות אלא אם אתם מבקשים ומשתמשים בגוי שבת
