Spacious 2BR Apartment in BGC with Workspace & Washer

Pros: Excellent apartment that has everything you need; feels just as home. It has enough beds for larger families, great location, security and full amenities.

Cons: Checkout is early and there's no option of baggage storage if your flight is late.

Pros: Everything was very good, apart maybe the air conditioner.

Cons: Air conditioner was a bit leaking and not very strong.

Pros: The location is very good near to everything. The place was very nice and the owner was very kind to let us in earlier, which we appreciate 😊. Everything you need in the unit was there. Highly recommend 👌 and the owner was very helpful and easy to reach. I would definitely stay again!

Place has exceptionally great space for families with children.

Pros: The hosts had provided easy to understand instructions that made the check-in, stay and check-out run smoothly. My partner and child werent able to consume the booking due to a family emergency. But the hosts were very understanding of the situation, although a refund is no longer applicable (which is totally OK with us), they had allowed our relatives to stay in place of our absences. My relatives were really happy with the accommodation, they had praises on how the appliances and furniture in the apt are well maintained and at the top brands. It felt like home and it didnt feel like a mere apartment for rental. And to this, we will definitely book in again next year when we visit home.

Pros: The property is a must try for families who want to explore BGC. It is safe, spacious, clean, and well maintained. Communication with host is excellent.

Cons: Just an extra but more on the Uptown Parksuites itself and not the host property. We needed a concierge to leave our luggages while we wait for driver's pick up and at least get lunch but there is no facility/ service for this. Reception is available to sit down while waiting for your transport but cannot leave luggages to reception. No concierge for this.

We had a very nice stay in a lovely condo/apartment unit.

Pros: Comfortable beds and sofa. Tastefully decorated. Very good location near malls and restaurants.

Cons: In the guest/main bathroom, water can flow onto the adjacent bathroom floor if you use full water pressure while showering. Need to be careful.

Pros: - The location is just the best! In the modern part of Manila, clean, with many choice of restaurants, bars, cafes, clubs. It is animated all the time, but we don’t hear any noise from the flat. - the flat is just like in the pictures, clean and well equipped. Two bathrooms/showers, very convenient.

Cons: - What we didn’t expect is that in one of the two bedrooms, the bed is a little bit small for two people. One of us ended up sleeping in the couch. - In the morning, the cleaners scream and knock at the doors to check if we want to throw garbage. It is a bit surprising, especially when you are still sleeping, in the couch, and that you are woken up by screams.

Pros: Alexander was a pleasure to deal with. Great host, great communication. Lovely and accommodating. Very good location, everything we needed close by. Beautiful apartment with washer and dryer. Comfortable and spacious. Good value and I would stay here again.
