Uptown BGC Residences by ChiKat

Pros: The location is amazing. Its clean unit with a kitchen and laundry with an amazing city view. Its accessible to shopping malls and restaurants. It's a suitable size for us (3). The securities and receptionists are friendly and helpful. We had an awesome stay. Would love to stay here again next time.

Pros: The location is amazing!! Very convenient, lots of restaurants nearby. The unit is nice, it has a slide door to separate the bedroom and the sitting area. Also, the check in process was very convenient. The security and reception staff were both helpful.

Cons: The pool was under maintenance so didn't check that area. Also, we checked out at 630am and the security on duty just ignored us- I wasn't expecting him to help with the luggage, but as per usual.practice, security usually greets us, thanks us for staying and ask if transport is already outside.

Overall it was great to stay here. Love it.

Pros: The location/unit was great. Clean and the value is worth it and very affordable. You are right were the action is. Receptionist are friendly, the owner/ property management is very accommodating. Transaction is easy.

Cons: Only thing is that some neighbors are highly sensitive to noise. Like me and my son were just normally talking in the lobby (and we’re not even loud-normal voice only) waiting at the elevator and this guy from 8A suddenly said it’s noisy. WTH!. But we just didn’t bother with him, just respected the place and tge residen? (I guess). The unit smells great but the only thing is that the smell is overwhelming. Maybe this was a fabric freshener that was sprayed in the bed sheets/blankets. That’s why the smell will stick on your clothes.

Unbeatable location and host was quick to address couple of minor issues.

Pros: Location was unbeatable and building security was good. Also liked the fact that there were thoughtful amenities such as water dispenser and bathroom amenities.

Cons: Some couple of minor issue but again, host was quick to respond and action it.

Thumbs up for a wonderful stay 👍

Pros: Tastefully decorated, across from Uptown mall, and the host responded quickly to queries at any time of the day.

Pros: Host’s real time response. Very accommodating. Clean and comfortable stay. Washer is a plus. Has drinking water dispenser. Great city views.

Pros: The place was of suitable size and very clean. It was complete with everything that we neded.

Cons: We were a bit overwhelmed by the scent of the air freshener when we arrived so we had to open the windows and hide the air freshener wrapped in a plastic bag. The pillows also smelled of too much fabric softener on the first night
