Work in Office place to stay
Pros: Thank you for the electric fan. The place was cool, sometimes I do not need to turn on aircon. I was able to use the kitchen, washing machine Bed was comfortable Free shampoo, conditioners, body wash, hand soap and dishwashing liquid
Cons: There is TV but there is no Netflix account. No logged in account to be used

Pros: I love the place , comfortable bed , clean and the fact that sir Alex was always reachable is a plus , also not to forget to mention mam Anna for assisting me during checked in , overall it was a pleasant stay for me

Pros: From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. Check-in was simple with clear instructions, and the condo had everything we could possibly need: fresh towels, comfy bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and even filtered water to welcome us. A huge thank you to Sir Alex, who was always quick to respond and even checked in on us during bad weather. His kindness and attentiveness really made our stay special. The location was perfect, close to SM Megamall, MOA, BGC, Venice Grand Canal Mall, and Greenhills, all just a quick Grab ride away. It was the ideal base for exploring Manila and relaxing after a swim. Also, right next to the MRT Boni Station which was very convenient if you need to QC. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Pleasant stay
Pros: Amazing location. Lots of shops and well connected to the MRT. The condo itself is clean, and comfy. Fast internet connection too, I was able to work. The only improvement I can provide is to have a blackout curtains.

Feels like home - only better! :)
Pros: Alex (unit owner) was very organised - guest authorisation forms done in advance, instructions laid out properly, contact info provided. Unit itself is in mint condition.
Cons: There were some bottles inside the bathroom that are probably meant to be refilled with shampoo/conditioner/body wash? However they only have water inside. Maybe it's best to remove them to avoid confusion. Other than this, everything's superb!

I’ll surely be back for any future events in this area!
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay since we were out most of the time. What truly stood out was Alex, the owner, who went the extra mile by allowing us an early check-in at no extra charge, as there were no bookings the day before—such a thoughtful consideration! Anna, the caretaker, was equally wonderful, accommodating and helpful in every way. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area for a work event. Thanks so much, Alex! Kudos to you and Anna!

Pros: Very accommodating owner and caretaker like super friendly, madali kausap, maasikaso! Okay yung place, malinis, maayos, maaliwalas. Nag enjoy din kame sa swimming pool 🫶

It was a good stay.
Pros: Accessible and convenient sya since may savemore supermarket sa baba at may cinema rin. Malapit sa mga places na kailangan mo for basic needs.
Cons: Nawalan ako ng wifi connection sa morning of my last day ng stay ko. Yung curtain is better na block out curtains sya lalo na if night owl tapos mas gusto mag sleep sa morning. Nahihirap ako mag sleep pag may araw na kasi pumapasok talaga yung sinag ng araw po. So far, yun lang naman.
