Location, location, location.

Pros: Stayed here 1 night as I had to be close to the airport. Was very surprised by this place, yes the room is basic but it has all you need, hot shower, ice cold aircon, a comfortable enough bed and it's surprisingly quiet given how lively this area is. The area itself feels very safe, I was able to sit on the street and enjoy a cup of coffee and not be bothered by anyone. There's lots of shops, food, drink, groceries and eating places in this area. Ms Barbie is very accommodating and lovely to deal with. The property is safe, you need various codes to get into the property and the room. Overall a very good budget option in a very good area. I definitely would recommend this if like me you are just happy with the basics and want to enjoy the area, or just need a place to crash for the night. Grab to and from airport is around 120-200php.

Cons: If I had to be fussy maybe some lampshades on the ceiling lights as it's quite bright.
