Pros: Whenever I'm in the MOA area, Chin's Place is my go-to accommodation. I've been staying here for work every year for the past 4-5 years due to our annual convention at SMX, and I've always been satisfied with my stay. This place offers great value for money—definitely cheaper than the hotels around MOA. One thing I particularly appreciate is the ability to cook breakfast, especially in the mornings. There are convenience stores just outside the building, which is very convenient. This year, I decided to walk from the condo to MOA, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's just a 10-minute walk, provided you're wearing comfortable shoes. I can't believe I hadn’t tried it before! Sometimes, getting a taxi or Grab to/from the condo can be challenging, so being able to walk is a significant advantage.

Cons: **Things to Improve:** 1. We requested rugs for the bathroom and kitchen, which they provided the following day. However, these should be available from the start. 2. It would be nice to have complimentary soaps, tea, coffee, and bottled water. 3. Providing more than one roll of tissue paper would be helpful, as we ran out quickly and had no immediate stock. All in all, despite these minor areas for improvement, I'll definitely stay here again next year.

Pros: I like everything, the place is complete, from towels, kitchenware, to cooking utensils. The staff is very accomodating and there was no problem checking in since the owner/staff will assist you. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Loved the place since it has a balcony and its right in front of moa. I've been to other accomodations in SEA and though new and clean they were laden with roaches. The room here may not be new but i did not see any creepy crawlies. Wifi was very good too. Great job!

Cons: .I think the aircon sorta leakes. Overall, it was an awesome stay.. Too bad i had to leave early

Pros: My partner and I loved staying near by MOA. The location is very convenient for us. Food,bank and convenient store close by. And beside this is the 3rd time we stayed in the same place. So nice and cozy. I liked the vibes and it’s clean. And the host is very friendly.

Pros: The property is very near MOA.. The unit we booked was larger than we expected.. The staff were accomodating.. we requested for the futon bed and it was immediately delivered.. Will definitely book this place again
