The room was great,clean and cozy.

Pros: The room was clean and cozy ..a lot of amenities.. and yeah the location of the room is great you can see the big shopping mall in front of the balcony.. overall the room was great and worth it . Thanks for having us..

This Condo owned/managed by Jennifer is highly recommended, it’s clean, spacious for a couple and good value for mon

Pros: Clean and spacious enough for a couple. This building A apartment owned by Jennifer and assisted by Ailene is so much better than the one I stayed at in building D managed by Eric Apartments which didn’t provide toilet paper, starter toiletries and gave us stinky towels and blanket. Which is the exact opposite of this building A apartment who provided us a starter pack toiletries including tooth brush and toothpaste and clean linen and towels. Ailene was quick to action our request. I highly recommend to look for property owned/managed by Jennifer and stay away from Eric’s condos who are rude and the facilities is lacking with necessities.

Cons: You have to pay extra to use the pool.

Pros: Location is ok near MoA. Kitchen to prepare your own breakfast.

Cons: Worn out, water damages inside, too much in tiny apartment, cocroaches in building. Swimming pool is ”luxury for owners only”.

Loved our stay - close to MOA

Pros: We loved being close to Moa and having a balcony and laundry facilities. Our host Aileen was very responsive and helpful. Thanks again

Cons: Very small “apartment” - studio size. Bathroom and kitchen are a little dated.

Be back again.

Pros: It was simple and easy to book and reserve. Having to deal with the owner made it easier if something went wrong. And it did a few times. The room's view was amazing and allowed for good photos.

Cons: That the kettle was so dicky that it was hard to get it to work. No hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink. The toilet backed up. Twice. The trundle bed in the lounge, the bed needed a lock from keeping it from moving again when it's out.

Pros: The host provides everything that a real home would have. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely stay here again if I am going for another concert at MoA Arena :)

Cons: The provided soap for showering is basic, if you are the type that need lotsa bubbles when you shower, definitely bring your own shower gel.
